All umpires must carry liability insurance. Three options are listed below:

National Association of Sports Officials (NASO)

Membership for NASO is $94/year and includes the monthly Referee magazine as well as insurance and many other benefits. Click here to read about NASO insurance program.

Amateur Baseball Umpires' Association (ABUA)

Membership for the ABUA is Annual Membership $45/year, or premium Membership Package$75 Benefits and insurance information can be found here.
